WHO WE ARE
We are Washington College Academy- Making history since 1780!
We are a dedicated group of staff and volunteers who are committed to saving the oldest school West of the Allegheny Mountains. We are the WCA School of Arts & Crafts, bringing low-to-no-cost educational opportunities to our area. We are a group of history-loving volunteers piecing together artifacts and stories to create the WCA History Museum. But most of all, we are a group of people coming together to share their time, talents and treasure to create something worthwhile and to enrich themselves and others. We are proud and honored to be a part of

Everything we do here is to enrich our community and to preserve our historic campus. Washington College is a designated Historic District and has several buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Time, vandalism and severe weather have taken their toll.
